Dear me,
There seems to be a lot I hate about myself.
There seems to be a lot I can’t see about myself.
And sometimes I wonder why I can’t see them.
Dear me,
Why do you always insult yourself?
Why is it that time and time again you put yourself down?
There’re so many things you say.
Your problems are caused by yourself.
Not anyone else.
No one hold the blame.
Dear me,
I know, there’s a lot to improve on.
I know you feel heavy.

A longing for someone to look deeper
Look deeper than the smile
Because a person may smile
But under it
Hides someone who might give

Defective Perfection
"Why do you treat treat me differently?" Asked the miniscule Pink Diamond to a figure that towered well over her.
The colorless Diamond did nothing to acknowledge the little Diamond and slowly turned to her pearl, a look of boredom upon her face. "Pearl, would you please attend to the annoyance." The White Diamond sighed, her eyes never even glancing at Pink Diamond.
White Pearl stood silent, stunned by her master's words. "B-but, my Diamond, she is a diamond too, shouldn't she be addressed as a Diamond?" The servant asked before she could stop the question.
"Yeah! Pearl's right! I'm a diamond too! So why do you treat me like a Peridot?" P
